Terms & Conditions

• Loading and Unloading: The timing for transportation shall include the time required for loading and unloading of goods at both pickup and delivery locations.

   

• Perishable Goods: The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the transportation of perishable goods. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure appropriate packaging and temperature control for such goods.

   

• Fragile Goods: The Customer shall notify the Company of any fragile goods prior to the commencement of loading. The Company will take appropriate measures to ensure the safe transportation of fragile items, provided they are informed in advance.

   

• Insurance: The Customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance coverage for the goods being transported. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay beyond its reasonable control.

   

• Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the transportation of goods under this Agreement.

   

• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, or equipment failure.

   

• Damages: Any damages occur during the move shall be noticed to the movers or the company within 72 hours of job completion. Neither party shall be held liable for any indications or damages after 72 hours of job completion.

   

• Your items are covered on us at the time of loading and unloading only. (lifting/unlifting only).
   

• PLEASE NOTE: ALL LATE PAYMENT WILL INCUR A LATE PENALTY FEE - 5% OF THE TOTAL OWING AMOUNT OF YOUR INVOICE & MAY ALSO BE SUBJECTED TO CREDIT BEING SUSPENDED. ANY OVERDUE ACCOUNT WILL BE PASSED ONTO OUR CREDIT AGENCY FOR LEGAL DEBT COLLECTION PROCESS AND ALL THE LEAGAL FEES WOULD BE CHARGED TO OVERDUE INVOICE!
